About the role
The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be working in a small Primary school, with a wide range of ability levels. This role would be suitable for both experienced and recently qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistants, but the school would ideally like someone who has recently worked in a similar role

This small primary school in Chesterfield is part of a Multi Academy Trust. It has a strong leadership team and you will be made to feel welcome and part of the team from the start.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) you will:
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant or Degree Qualified
