Overview
We are looking for an order processer to join our fast-growing fashion accessory brand. Working as part of our small, friendly team you will pick, pack and dispatch orders in our clean and well-equipped warehouse unit.
You will delight our customers by ensuring their order is correctly picked, packed and dispatched and arrives with them in perfect condition exactly when we said it would.
Due to the nature of online business, where customers rely on product descriptions and photos to make their buying decisions, they often have questions. You will be required to provide amazing customer service over the phone or in person as the need arises. So getting to know the product range will be key, as will a confident, friendly and helpful manner.
This is an exciting time in our growing business and whilst this role is currently part time, there may well be the opportunity to extend your hours in the future.
Key responsibilities
· Pull orders off the system and print order paperwork.
· Create dispatch labels.
· Pick and pack orders and ensure they are ready for dispatch.
· Replenish picking locations making sure current stock is rotated.
· Assist with the unloading and putting away of goods coming in via container.
· Receive customers who arrive for local collections.
· Assist customers with any queries either on the phone or in person.
· Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout all areas of the unit.
· Work as part of the team, helping your colleagues out as required.
About you
You will have an interest in the fashion accessory industry and quickly familiarise yourself with our product range.
We are a small team and rely on one another. As a team player you will take ownership of your duties and carry them out to a high standard. You will also be happy to help your colleagues out as needed so you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
Attention to detail and accuracy are key, as is noticing and questioning when things don’t look quite right.
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a high level of numeracy and literacy.
We work at quite a fast pace, so you will need to be focused and confident and enjoy a busy working environment.

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
