Programme Office Support - Inside IR35

Contract Term: 3 months (with possible extension)

Location: Remote Working (travel required once per month – London)

As a Programme Office Support your main responsibilities would be to:

  • Coordinate and support the development and maintenance of D&A governance boards and processes
  • Secretariat for Data Analytics Board (DAB), an influential and impactful strategic ‘executive’ board
  • Facilitate the Delivery Management Board, a monthly programme board with oversight of work to implement the strategy set by DAB
  • Produce and coordinate insightful and concise meeting papers and packs for data analytics governance forums
  • Monitor teams’ compliance with governance requirements and identify and escalate and facilitate any issues or needs for support to management
  • Run targeted governance reviews to assess and improve the governance of strategy, change, and operations in data analytics across teams and directorates
  • Support the Planning and Delivery Lead, Benefits Lead, and other team members in developing and implementing of delivery control processes and procedures (for example risk and issue, dependency, and action management)
  • Monitor project and program performance against established controls and escalate any issues or needs for support
  • Facilitate mitigating actions to address any issues identified during control activities
  • Support the development and implementation of resource management and budget monitoring processes and procedures
  • Work closely with BAU finance business partners to cross-check out resource plans and finance forecasts
  • Monitor supplier utilisation against forecasts, identifying issues and trends
  • Facilitate the resolution of any resource conflicts or constraints
  • Coordinate the assignment and resolution of audit actions raised through the Bank’s audit functions
  • Support the development and implementation of any local D&A assurance processes and procedures

You’ll have relevant experience in:

  • Project/Programme Support
  • Finance/Budgets
  • Public Sector background
  • Agile Methodologies
  • JIRA/Confluence
  • Active SC Clearance is a requirement for this role
