A Floor Captain is required for its leading Facilities Management client based in Melbourn, Cambs
You will be the first point of contact for customers who require facilities support. You will strive to continually improve the customer's experience and be an ambassador for the company and the services they provide.
Main duties

- Provide support with meeting room technology and guide new users in their capacity and usefulness
- Provide induction support to new building users
- Have a full working knowledge of the building and all its facilities
- Report all faults to the service desk and/or service provider
- Cover reception when required
- Conduct floor walks to ensure a high level of service delivery

There is limited public transport to this location so access to your own transport is highly desireable
Working hours are 7.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday
Pay rate is £13.19ph PAYE
