Job Summary
TLC Building Services Ltd is currently looking a personal assistant to join our team. This will be a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in multi-tasking, answering calls and have a good working knowledge of computers.
The right person will have worked in a similar role.
Tasks expected:
- Taking calls so good customer service is essential
- Organising managers work schedules
- Social media updates
- Allocating time sheets to projects
- Matching receipts to bank statements
- Allocating receipts to projects
- Chasing up Invoices
- Sending letters to investors and clients
- Running errands
Hours expected to work 8 - 4 Monday to Friday
Pay is negotiable
