Personal Assistant [United Kingdom]


 

Job Summary

TLC Building Services Ltd is currently looking a personal assistant to join our team. This will be a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in multi-tasking, answering calls and have a good working knowledge of computers.

The right person will have worked in a similar role.

Tasks expected:

  • Taking calls so good customer service is essential
  • Organising managers work schedules
  • Social media updates
  • Allocating time sheets to projects
  • Matching receipts to bank statements
  • Allocating receipts to projects
  • Chasing up Invoices
  • Sending letters to investors and clients
  • Running errands

Hours expected to work 8 - 4 Monday to Friday

Pay is negotiable
