We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and customer friendly individual to join our very busy but exciting Switchboard team at Barnsley Hospital
Our Switchboard is 24 hour, 365 days a year department. Although the roles are flexible you will be required to work a designated shift pattern of days and afters along with some weekends shifts. Both full and part time hours would be available if the right number of applicants apply.
You will be joining our enthusiastic and friendly team of telephonists to assist in the smooth running of the Switchboard providing a high quality and responsive service for the general public, healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
NHS experience and telecommunication experience are not required as full training will be given. You will be supported throughout your training period and beyond.

You must be able to work in a team and alone unsupervised. Flexibility is essential as you may be required to cover shifts.
