Broken eggs is a premium food brand offering expertly prepared Spanish tortillas that transport our customers to the Mediterranean. We pride ourselves in our food as it’s freshly prepared with the best natural high quality ingredients.

Our site has 21 seats inside and 14 outside. There is no table service. So you will be behind the counter serving and dispatching customers and clearing tables when needed.
Job Description
We are looking for like minded, enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join this exciting journey we are embarking on. Looking for someone able to work in a fast paced environment, in a customer facing role, personable and a great Ambassadors to the brand.
We are looking for an excellent team player who prides themselves in providing one of a kind customer service while maintaining company standards. This job role is very hands on and requires attention to detail at all times accompanied with a positive work attitude.
You will report directly to the Site Manager and will have to be able to follow their instructions and guidance. A brief overview of the job role and willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate restaurants operations, as needed
- Serving customers and taking orders
- Maintain a professional attitude
- Food handling
- End of day checks/ closing procedures/ end of day cleaning
- Taking payments
- Make drinks and restock
- Implement and improve service processes
- Monitor and implement hygiene practices
- Able to serve alcohol
- Help package food for take away or deliveroo
- Excellent verbal communication
