As part of our fast-paced team you will be operating our highly automated Heidelberg XL106 presses. This role involves all aspects of making ready, running the Press at high speed, and maintaining a machine of this calibre.
ESP Colour is a fast-paced environment, we work hard to achieve tight deadlines and to impress customers with our high quality and fast turnarounds.
This role involves all areas of make ready, running the machines efficiently and effectively, to achieve KPI`s set within our MIS.
The successful applicant will be a highly skilled Press Operator with experience of operating a Heidelberg XL 106 press or similar. You will have excellent attention to detail, knowledge of ISO 12647-2013, self-motivation with a competitive edge and the ability to work to strict deadlines. Enthusiasm, passion for print and a high level of focus are essential.
Requirements for the Role
Previous lithographic printing experience, preferably on Heidelberg Presses
Ability to work under pressure and produce high quality work under tight deadlines
Have a good understanding of colour printing in regards TVI and L.a.b. values
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to run the presses at maximum run speeds
The ability to challenge make ready times and be effective and efficient changing from job to job.
Be able to understand job information correctly
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Motivation
Have a passion for print

Willingness to work shifts and do overtime as the business requires.

The role would be working night.
Nights 36hrs per week: 6pm-6am 12hours
