Our Production team are looking for an Administrator. They will be responsible for fundamental admin duties, including filing, processing sales invoicing and quotations and reporting.You and the role

- Open and process of all repair / supply / exchange jobs
- Produce various paperwork required for job e.g Goods / PO Acknowledgements, QA cards, Certification etc
- Update and maintain Status Sheet as and when required
- Produce status reports to specific customers on a regular basis
- Update and maintain TAT reports for customer visits as and when required
- Create / Update purchase requisitions
- Produce weekly sales invoices and update all registers accordingly
- Update and maintain all Customer Portal systems where required
- Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external clients
- General admin duties i.e. typing, data input, filing, scanning & archiving
